We value our customers and have streamlined our returns to meet your needs!!

 

You may return your merchandise for store credit if it is "damaged", "ordered wrong item", "not as described", "changed my mind", "defective merchandise" within 14 days of your purchase date - merchandise must be returned in its original condition: unworn and with tags on and in packaging.  Please choose from drop down list of reasons for return and request a return shipping label. You will be updated via email within 2-3 business days. We will send you a Free Return Shipping Label via email once processed. Items must be received back at warehouse within 30 day period from original purchase. If you are in need of more assistance please contact Customer Service directly at cs@amigayoga.com.  

You may exchange your merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a different size, style or color easily! Simply choose one of these reasons from drop down menu, and you will be updated within 2-3 business days.  Please check your emails for instruction and Free Return Label. If you are in need of more assistance please contact Customer Service directly at cs@amigayoga.com.  

In the event the item cannot be restocked, we will send you a return label with free shipping and refund your purchase if within 14 day policy period. Please return the item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once return is received we will inspect garment, if return is approved we will begin to process your refund immediately.  Please allow 7-10 days for refund to clear banking timelines. 

Amiga Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Also, if a package is sent back to us “return to sender” the Free Domestic Shipping for items over $100 or International Free Shipping for items over $300.00 options will no longer be available. The customer must pay for the next outgoing shipping cost.

You may cancel your order within 48 hours for a full refund at no cost for shipping, that is unless you requested Next Day or Expedited Shipping.

Cancellations on orders that have been shipped out will still be honored and you will receive a refund for full purchase amount -minus the shipping cost, once we receive the merchandise in its original condition (tags attached-in its original packaging) no exceptions.

Regular Sale Items are not refundable, yet can be exchanged for different size, color, or exchanged for merchandise of equal or higher value on next purchase. Final Sale Items are completely non refundable. 

Please email Customer Service at cs@amigayoga.com to report defective merchandise. Please note that all hand-dyed styles have gone through a special dye process that creates unique variations in shading and color in every garment, therefore these items will not be classified as a manufacturer's defect. Otherwise if you believe there is a manufacturers defect, please let us know. 

Please note Amiga Yoga has the right refuse a return at anytime based on inspection and findings.
